Duties: Act as a key point of contact for operations & development teams to resolve business critical issues. Develop deep understanding of proprietary financial applications. Actively participate in Business continuity planning(BCP) activities. Scripting repeat support tasks to reduce risk and bring efficiency.
Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field with five (5+) years of experience in related production support role Good understanding of relational database concepts Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge
Candidates must be available for the hours of 7 am - 7 pm MST (with some flexibility). Shifts will vary within that time frame.
