Role overview
End of Life Program is a strategic initiative which aims to reduce infrastructure/product risk and costs for Risk and Finance IT structure by interacting with the different application teams to find the solution that suits the best in a budget and time efficient manner.

We are currently hiring a PMO with technical delivery background to manage & support program managers in their everyday tasks. This is a global role which will involve frequent contact with other PMOs/PMs, senior exposure with the CTO organization and proactive approach to fast-evolving interdisciplinary tasks.

Key Deliverables
This position provides support for the Risk and Finance IT program managers in order to ensure that both the infrastructure and the product landscape present low incident risk keeping the total cost of ownership (TCO) under control for the whole of the Risk and Finance IT structure.
Act as the coordinator for vulnerability & security patches for RFIT Infrastructure.

Main duties are to perform the following activities:

-Monitoring of project deliverables and project financials.
-Regular interaction with the involved PMs to identify risks and put mitigation measures into action.
-Creation of monthly reporting for senior management. Excellent presentation skills.
-Proactive approach to challenges to ensure a first-class service to stakeholders.
-Provide support in the creation of the yearly Book of Work (BoW).
-Provide support with program documentation.

Additional duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate may be required to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of the project(s) to which they are assigned.

-College Degree (IT degree or similar)

-Knowledge in financial controlling applied to project management activities

-Facilitation skills
-7-8 years' experience in Technical delivery
-5-6 years' experience in Project management field
