Development of a new application for the Office of Temporary Disability Assistance to assist shelters in streamlining their application, certification, inspection and corrective action processes. We envision an application that could house facility information, templates, auto-populate reports, track approvals and send reminders to inspectors and various Bureau of Shelter Services staff about the status of various items.
Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: This role will provide primary support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment for NY State Human Services Cluster and its ancillary applications, with a focus on maintaining, managing, and administering CRM. This role will handle incoming support related to CRM usage, functions, and workflow within. This role will participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems as needed. Assist in defining roadmap of CRM, its implementation and adoption within NY State Human Services Portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Primary administrative support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment for NY State Human Services Cluster including setup, maintenance, updates, monitoring, error logs, and SQL server administration. • Perform application administration activities such as installation, managing security, configuration, and providing user support and training. • Responsible for protecting and securing all client data held by NY State to ensure against unauthorized access to and/or improper transmission of information that could result in harm to a client. • Maintain and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. • Plan and implement patches and roll-ups • Work with Product Owner to define roadmap of CRM and assist when needed with the design and development of solutions to address business needs • Responsible for account management and security controls within the CRM platform and ancillary systems • Identify opportunities to leverage CRM for efficiency and productivity gains • Responsible for Disaster Recovery testing and documentation • Responsible for reporting support for business users of CRM solution. • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
