Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.

Job Description and responsibilities:

-Track and manage UAT project activities, action items, meeting notes, and decisions
-Analyze existing system requirements
-Work with stakeholders to elicit full, complete requirements for any upcoming releases, system bugs, or required change request / system enhancements
-Support any documented requirement end-to-end from requirements elicitation to production support,
-Support the User Acceptance Testing as part of the end-to-end process of seeing requirements through to completion
-Train and provide assistance to users of the system
-Review and prepare UAT test cases, test scenarios, and data requests for testers
-Validate and stage test data
-Execute UAT Test Cases
-Lead efforts to track and upload test cases into HPQC/ALM
-Lead efforts to document and track system defects
-Assist in tracking enhancements / change requests
-Maintain internal communications processes, standards and practices
-Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight
-Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
-High degree of attention to detail
-High proficiency with SharePoint, HPQC/ALM, Excel, Word, MS Project and Power Point
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to quickly take on new tasks and complete it within deadline
-Strong follow-up skills; demonstrated accountability for role and responsibilities
-Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential data with utmost discretion.
