Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and Track Manager Control Assessment (MCA) for the MIM organization – working the Product Management, Control, Audit, Legal and Business Operations Risk Management (BORM) Teams
- Work with Control team to ensure that Client and Regulatory Policies & Procedures have been properly documented, implemented, communicated and monitored.
- Act as Project Manager for any MCA issues, providing tracking and updates through to resolution
- Create and distribute weekly control reporting
- Transition of control records from existing system to new system
- General Budget and Control processes
- Invoice tracking and fulfillment

- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in either Marketing, Journeys, Digital Banking, Risk Management, or similar functions
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups
- Requires broad business knowledge serving as subject matter expert for processes and accuracy of risk and control documentation.
- Solutions-focused, able to sort through information and develop concise and clear solutions quickly
- Detail-oriented with a logical and methodological approach to problem solving
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Ability to conduct high quality research
- High degree of attention to detail

- Ability to support/manage multiple projects simultaneously
