US Regulatory R2R Project Management Support

This opportunity in a Major Global Bank Finance Transformation and Governance Team will partner with Record to Report GPO, FRSS Operations, Technology, CDO, and other key stakeholders to coordinate inflight US Regulatory Reporting Initiatives.

The project’s goal is to implement a centralized, standardized and automated solution for all global reporting and retire legacy processes.

The primary focus for this role is on R2R Initiatives to provide Project Management Support along with driving key projects to closure.

- Prioritize and escalate all risks/issues as appropriate to R2R GPO, Major Global Bank Controller, and Corporate Reporting remediation teams as well as to management teams;
- Manage deliverable of key milestones/tasks/activities on a regular basis;
- Provide periodic status updates to management, which include developing and creating materials for the meetings;
- Leading meetings with project workstreams and providing an approach in managing the discussion
- Interface with the end-user community to determine business requirements and to secure appropriate sign-off;
- Work with technology partners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements;
- Monitoring readiness for testing and execution of testing to ensure functionality as per the project requirements;
- Track functional deliverables against established time commitments or work with teams accordingly to develop deliverables as applicable
- Collect audit artifacts and document in a central location, working with key stakeholders to secure their evidence and inventory as appropriate
- Analyzing data and being able to communicate findings in order to communicate status to management and key stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience;
- Regulatory reporting experience preferred;
- Must be highly effective under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, across levels and functions;
- Exhibit persuasion and leadership skills to work within a highly collaborative culture;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Organized and structured project management skills;
- Proficient in PPT and Excel
