Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.

The candidate will work with the Program lead to implement new technology solutions to facilitate Major Global Bank compliance with CCPA Regulatory mandate. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders within Operations, various lines of business within the institutional clients, technology teams to define functional requirements, analyze data, develop testing strategy, manage testing, communicate the risks and project status with PMO


- Ensure that all stakeholders are involved in analysis and definition phases and that all tasks that require a technical a solution are identified in the project plans submitted for approval.
- Actively manage the project plan with all dependencies, communicate the risk and develop mitigation plan on a regular basis
- Ensure project deliverables are being met on a timely basis
- Review Business, Functional and Technical Requirement Documents (BRDs) for larger projects
- Develop test plan, test strategy
- Develop use cases based on business, functional and technical requirement documents
- Execute test cycles, maintain defect matrix
- Create test scripts including specific test cases and expected results
- Develop and execute test plans that will ensure business requirements have been met
- Balance the needs and foster a relationship between the business and the technology areas
- Work with users and the development team to propose and develop technical solutions to business challenges
- Facilitate the rollout of new applications to the user community and support post production support

Previous Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of extensive Business Analysis & Project Management experience
- Financial services industry experience
- Preparation and execution of test plans, test cases, defect management and reporting
- Project Management certification
- Business Analysis certification
- Working experience in regulatory projects

- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office products, MS Project and Visio.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
- Ability to quickly grasp operational processes and business practices of key user groups
- Comfortable with working under tight deadlines or handling of unexpected changes
- Ability to learn/understand technical implications of system design
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of the project
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of data privacy requirements and master data management
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among business, operations and technology partners
