Quantitative Analyst is responsible for leveraging data and analytics to optimize servicing operations. Candidate will develop, execute, and analyze strategies and reporting to support collections and recovery. Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Leveraging data and analytics to optimize servicing operations.
- Automate strategy execution using information technology
- Monitoring of daily jobs to ensure completion, and troubleshooting any errors or abend
- Generate Adhoc reports as assigned in support of data discovery and LOB requests
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing and risk strategies including the development of new product offers and channel tests.
- Responsible for developing and implementation of Risk based customer treatment strategies using SQL and SAS
- Modification of existing SAS/SQL routines per updated requirements and change in Business/Regulatory needs
- Creation of new SAS/SQL codes in support of Enterprise initiatives and to address opportunities in control monitoring identified by Risk, Compliance, and the LOB
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in financial services and / or call center operations experience a plus
- Must be proficient in SAS/SQL , SAS Macros, and Automation
