-Finance & Risk Infrastructure (FRI) is a Major Global Bank global function that was formed in February 2016 from individual areas within the Finance and Risk global functions to:
-Globally implement common data and data standards, common processes, and integrated technology platforms
-Integrate infrastructure activities
-Drive straight through data processing
-Produce more effective and efficient processes and governance
-Enable a foundational reporting infrastructure across Major Global Bank businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Finance and Risk
-Realize operational, organizational, and financial benefits
-Under the sponsorship of the Major Global Bank Controller and, as a part of the FRI organization, this role will be responsible for providing Program Management Office (PMO) support for the Portfolio Risk Reviews chapter of Core Capabilities initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work with process owners, program managers, project teams, and partners to plan, coordinate, monitor and assist in the coordination and tracking of the Portfolio Risk Reviews programs/projects following FRI PMO procedures.
-Develop and maintain project plans including program milestones
-Drive program reporting and structure (cadence, LPMT setup, issues/risk tracking/escalation, scorecard/metrics)
-Facilitate program/project meetings and other implementation working groups and ensure follow ups are noted and tracked
-Prepare senior/management level reporting and other regulator-required updates
-Participate in internal audits related to controls, governance, and integration points
-Provide program updates for all relevant corporate reporting requirements such as MMR, Major Global Bank Wide, EPQA, and other interdependent programs
-Manage dependencies across related programs/projects
-Employ standard program/project processes, templates, and tools for program delivery

Qualifications:

-Consulting or project background preferred
-Strong communication skills (written, verbal, active listening) required, ability to synthesize key messages and "story tell”
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and to work with geographically diverse resources
-Ability to work effectively with project teams/leaders across all functional areas and levels
-Ability to see the "big picture " without losing attention to detail
-Good influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint
-Strong attention to detail and willingness to "roll up sleeves "
-Bachelor's degree required / MBA preferred
-Knowledge and expertise on Project/Program Management in the financial services industry is required, including 5+ years of Project/Program Management
-Program/project management or PMO using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects
-Strong background in one or more areas of finance and risk preferred
-Strong analytical skills required, experience with budgets and financial analysis preferred
-Process reengineering and process mapping preferred
-Change management experience preferred
