The Client is a key business unit within Major Global Bank Retail Services, focused on driving key partner and Major Global Bank generated marketing initiatives across a variety of partnerships. The Marketing Contactor will work with cross-functional teams to support the CMO and Marketing Lead for key SPG partners. The incumbent will work across the Specialty Partner Group marketing team to support marketing managers in the development of marketing campaigns & collateral, provide project management support for marketing initiatives, oversee marketing governance and compliance activities, and assist with marketing program implementation.

A successful Marketing Contractor will possess the following:

Key Responsibilities & Collaborative Points

Key Responsibilities:
1.) Assist with marketing planning and strategy sessions, ensuring all necessary controls are in place
2.) Facilitate cross-functional meetings and own weekly marketing status document to ensure key project milestones are on track
3.) Continuously monitor process control points and governance requirements.
4.) Complete necessary documents to secure internal execution resources and funding approval
5.) Ensure all projects (marketing and product) are executed on time and on budget, and according to all business and regulatory requirements, including Legal, Fair Lending, Risk, and Compliance
6.) Prepare materials for internal business, partner, compliance/governance, and legal reviews, gather feedback and ensure accurate implementation
7.) Review pre-validation content and capture/review post validation content to ensure accuracy
8.) Ownership of Prime Rate updates on expedited timelines in accordance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining list of impacted assets, coordinating updates of all assets with new APR, communicating change to partners, and validating updates
9.) Process vendor invoices for payment and assist with monthly budget reconciliation
10.) Maintain campaign documentation in centralized repository
11.) Available to help with projects outside of above listed job responsibilities when needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Business and Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Track record of successfully managing complex marketing programs in a highly matrixed team environment
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- General understanding of retail and credit card industries
- Solid understanding of digital channels
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management skills
- Strong team player; ability to successfully interact with and influence others
