Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.



The resource will be working with both the RPO and SMC teams.
The qualified candidate will have experience overseeing projects, forecasting, capacity planning and financial background experience. RPO is not a requirement. The resource must have strong financial industry experience. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. The resource will interact with stakeholders. The resource needs to have excellent powerpoint experience and have also worked in a Agile environment. (not looking for a Scrum Master). The resource will also need to have some experience working as a BA.

Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- PMO of Securities Reference Data projects and Robotics across several teams
- Document and communicate project status, risks, issues, mitigation plans

Business Analyst
- Collect requirements, structure information, document proposals and draw diagrams to provide project documentation
- Financial and resource allocations planning
- Help engineer repeatable operational processes which can be used to ensure data quality
- Facilitate and bridge different technical component teams together to project a cohesive reporting message
- Build metrics to track program capacity across all components to capture complexity and identify constraints
- Leverage PM Reporting tools, PanoraMa and PTS-W, for project reporting
- Build presentations to present to senior management

Required Skills
- Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field, specialized training or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience as a PM with at least 1 year in a IT Business Analyst role
- Data oriented with an excellent attention to detail
- Working understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
- Experience working closely with IT Project managers and development teams
- Ability to put together business and functional requirements documents, flow charts, data analysis presentations
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Visio and Project

- Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
- Strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
- Good communication skills with the ability to be assertive
- Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
- Good understanding of financial instruments
