Recruitment Operations Program Manager (regulatory project) is responsible for managing a group of projects such as metrics reporting & data analysis and governance monitoring that support the Matter Requiring Attention (MRA), to meet regulatory response commitments. The day-to-day responsibility will include being for responsible managing several different work streams, supporting and/or developing department metrics and targeting completion of corrective action plans and MRA. You will lead projects that implement iterative improvements to the current process including the accuracy of the source documentation and improving lead times to meet both internal and external set targets.
Responsibilities: • Creation and maintenance of reporting documentation of MRA process to Senior Management through various governance processes • Liaise with the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Programs and regional TA teams to deliver on agreed requirements as part of the Aging Requisition Tracking process • Increase accuracy of source documentation feeding into issue tracking documentation as a result of the aging requisition tracking process • Management of SharePoint site used for file sharing as part of the Aging Requisition Tracking process • Communication and creation of materials for to Senior Management • Measures project management performance against standards. • Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan. • Creates the project risk management plan. • Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts. • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Major Global Bankgroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these Qualifications: • Project Management qualification e.g. Prince2, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience • Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office products i.e. Excel and PowerPoint • Demonstrated analytical skills • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Education: • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
