Presentations & Design Associate – Jacksonville

Job Description
The Presentations & Design Associate is a senior level position responsible for the overall communications strategy and presentation design of the business.

Responsibilities:
Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging
Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy and employee engagement initiatives
Assist leadership/Chief of Staff in promoting and executing communications program
Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communications
Identify and develop business content for deployment, to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients
Develop and design presentations—primarily in PowerPoint—that advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides.
Whether preparing for a critical executive presentation, or assisting a department in developing slides for internal use, must be able to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics.
Will distill clear messaging while incorporating smart visual solutions that make a difference at high-stakes meetings that affect major business decisions.
Responsible to develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent "look and feel” for the department.
Leverage technology and tools to enable communications and generate excitement and interest in risk communications

Qualifications:

6-10 years of related experience required
Advanced PowerPoint skills required
Must be able to provide a sample PowerPoint demonstrating skills, attaching PPT in addition to resume required
Financial services industry experience preferred
Communications or marketing experience preferred
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Innate creativity and artistic background.
Understanding of corporate branding.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
