Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage, and/or coordinate special projects on behalf of the ICG CRO Chief of Staff. The projects span a variety of initiatives, and support senior-level audiences. Sample projects include:
o External Rating Agency (e.g., Moody's, S&P and Fitch) meeting coordination
o Periodic regulatory meetings with key regulators such as FRB, OCC or FDIC etc.
o Maintaining awareness of top of current events and trends to assess impact on Client and its clients
o Preparing business achievements and recap
o Produce a portion of the monthly Risk deck
• Updating and improving all ICG Risk communication efforts including:
o Sourcing topics, preparing and distributing monthly newsletters
o Regularly updating the website with announcements, org charts, and related links
o Coordinating the ICG Risk Town Hall
o Maintaining the ICG Risk Collaborate site
• Support Learning and Development Initiatives for ICG Risk
• Support Team Building event for ICG CRO organization
• Maintain team calendar and team book of work

Required Skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision and work well as part of a team

• Proficient technological skills including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• Minimum 3 – 5-year work experiences in major banks
