VP equivalent , Risk Identification
This individual will play an important role in the transformation of the Risk Identification function, as part of the overall firmwide transformation. This individual will support internal transformation leads responsible for the management and execution of the target state plan for the Risk Identification Program.
Responsibilities:
This individual will:
• Assist Risk ID leads with process documentation, review, and internal controls related to transformation efforts
• Contribute to execution of target state plan milestone and deliverables, including materials, reporting, and documentation
• Provide support to Risk ID leads on ad hoc management requests related to transformation efforts
• Liaison with other PMO teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation efforts
• Assist with other plan management and maintenance exercises
Qualifications:
• 4-5 years' experience in financial services
• Prior risk identification, appetite, scenario design experience or related big 4 consulting preferred
• Prior project management experience preferred
• Ability to problem solve, sound business judgment, and demonstrated result orientation
• Highly organized, able to balance multiple high priority tasks simultaneously
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies
• Experience with program/project management using JIRA or PTS
Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required, possible Masters' or equivalent experience.
