DevSecOps Consultant, IT Architecture

What you'll achieve

As a DevSecOps IT Architect, you will be responsible for the technical vision, design, and architecture of DevSecOps software tools, infrastructure, automation, and integration to achieve efficient DevSecOps tool delivery. Through your technical leadership, tool deliver teams will build and automate pipelines to deliver and maintain suites of DevSecOps application tools. The tools will be deployed to multiple environments and infrastructure requiring you to understand differences and commonality in technical requirements, end-user needs, and security and compliance requirements. You will work with the customer's business and IT teams, technical teammates, and Client leadership and supporting teams on delivering software tools that enable the customer software development teams to improve their performance, quality, and value delivery.

You will:

• Leverage knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery tools, such as the Atlassian and Azure DevOps tool suites to build a coherent DevSecOps vision, roadmap, architecture, and implementation plan to achieve an efficient model and approach to delivering DevSecOps tools to software engineering teams

• Provide strong technical leadership across multiple teams delivering the same and similar tool suites

• Unblock tool delivery teams when technical solutions are complex, varied, unclear, or unfamiliar

• Work with multiple teams to gather requirements, dependencies, define capabilities, and develop solutions that meet the customer and users needs

• Communicate clearly your vision, roadmap, architecture, and implementation strategy for each team and across multiple teams. Additionally, you'll communicate technical information clearly with customer technical and people leaders including business teams to deliver the best architected solution or future changes as required

Essential Requirements

• 8 Years of relevant experience with DevSecOps solution architecture and tool deployment and maintenance

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience

• Architect lead experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automating software delivery

• Excellent architecture knowledge and technical leadership experience

• Comprehensive Agile and DevOps process experience

• Strong analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience with Atlassian, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Git tools

Desirable Requirements

• Professional experience with custom software development

• Professional experience building automated CI/CD pipelines using multiple tools like Atlassian and Azure DevOps tool suites
