Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.


-Responsible for executing of engineering governance and support processes and tools such as CART (Cloud Architecture Review), CSI (System Inventory), CTC (Technology Catalog), CDQR & ADQR (Continuous & Annual Data Quality Review), CTC deviation decisioning, etc. Scope may be regional and/or global. Responsibilities include regional and/or global reporting status reporting and escalating as necessary to ensure completion. In addition to execution of processes, the position will be responsible for designing and executing process improvements. Technical proficiency in updated tooling and technology for these processes will be required to drive improvements in efficiency, automation, integration with other systems, and increased compliance with policy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication are required including the ability to customize communication based on audience and purpose (tactical execution, escalation, summary reporting, executive level reporting)

- Execution and improvement of processes will require firm understanding and adherence to relevant company policies.


•6-10 years of experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis

•Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams

•Proficiency in reporting tools such as Cognos, Tableau

•Broad practical knowledge of Technology Development Process

•Experience with CART, CTC, CSI and surrounding processes a plus

•Knowledge of process reengineering methodologies such as Lean and SixSigma.
