Job Description:

• Lead all Sanctions activities for Major Global Bank globally.

• Partner with the Client Regions/Products to develop and implement Sanctions procedures.

• Partner with ICRM Sanctions to understand the requirements of new Executive Orders and OFAC Sanctions.

• Develop and Implement procedures to ensure compliance with new Executive Orders and Sanctions.

• Partner with the Business Risk &Control teams to assess existing Sanctions processes and identify and implement enhancements.

• Partner with the Business Risk & Control teams to identify potential Sanctions control gaps and implement the most effective solutions.

Experience & Skills:

• 10 years in Sanctions Compliance

• Strong Project Management experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to influence employees at all levels

• Experience managing complex projects



Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required/MBA preferred

• Project Management Certification a plus
