Digital Productivity Senior Creator

This role resides in the Major Global Bank Digital Productivity group. This group is responsible for enabling projects that increase efficiency and effectiveness of Major Global Bank, and for executing projects that increase efficiency and effectiveness. The Major Global BankProductivity team provides support for all Major Global Bank teams working to increase efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires previous hands on experience configuring solutions in Smartsheet.



Main responsibilities of the role may include:

o Configure/develop solutions in Smartsheet

o Partnering with process owners to identify and define requirements and deliver solutions that exceed Ux expectations.

o Managing documentation of solutions created, including, but not limited to, risk assessments, requirements documents, and project plans

o Managing the deployment of solutions

o Enhancing the organizations knowledge of digital through training and marketing efforts

o Identify issues with solutions and coordinate for support



• Req Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field: Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, Math, Business, etc.

2. Experience configuring/building solutions in Smartsheet

3. Project Management skills

4. English proficiency

5. Highly-proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI

6. Well-developed communication skills and ability to present and build alignment for a course of action

7. Well-developed logical structuring approach to solving problems, framing ideas, or developing plans

8. Previous experience in meeting tight deadlines while producing quality work

9. Experience managing risk and implementing controls

10. History of high-performance
