Description:
Business requires support in the execution of requirements gathering, tracking and testing of enhancements to existing and new tools in te Automation & Tooling team to ensure proper functionality and deployment as per stakeholders expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Track progress of PAT/UAT testing scripts depending on the tool and specific sprint cycle
· Complete end-to-end PAT/UAT testing on time for each sprint cycle for the EUC Enterprise Inventory tool "EUC Control Portal” and MicroStrategy reporting
· Submit completed scripts for PAT and UAT Sprints to ensure EUC Control Portal is appropriately tested, ensuring GCB users do not experience production issues
· Assist the GCB EUC Governance Team in the development of supportive educational materials for newly recruited testers for the GCB Sprint Testing Initiative.
· Engages with GCB EUC Governance team identifying gaps in EUC Portal functionality observed during testing that would benefit EUC users or reduce operational risk.
· Document and escalate ad-hoc questions/concerns about existing and potential upcoming enhancements/ Sprints.
· Support the design and creation of project plans documenting important milestones and activities.
· Test use functionality on automation or new application use cases to ensure proper deployment and migration to production
· Take responsibility for assigned activities including work estimates, planning and quality control
· Perform comprehensive reviews and validation of artifacts and documentation provided by system owners to evidence implementation of minimum controls required
· Establish and nurture partnership with cross-functional technology teams to ensure consistent solution delivery
· Work cohesively within diverse team structures
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication (both written and oral), reporting and presentations skills – clearly articulate
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related work experience.
· At least 2 years of business experience in project management, business analysis, compliance or regulatory management in consumer banking, financial services
· Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Access, and Power point.
· Proficient use of web and desktop based applications focused on navigation and functionality issue identification.
· Project Management skills, to help time manage/bound progress if/when working with other internal IT teams
· Problem Solving and Project Planning experience
· Strong coordination skills to execute processes timely
· Strong investigative and analytical skills
· Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, logic and reasoning skills
· Highly motivated individual self-starter, but knows when to escalate if necessary (good judgement)
