Technical Human Resources Recruiter - IT Reruiter, strong exp! and Tenure



• Supporting Client Technology organization within the broader Institutional Clients Group line of business

• Partner with hiring manager, HR, Compensation, and Business Management partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including employee referral and sourcing and diversity strategies (internally/externally, and agency and direct sourcing/networking methods)

• Provide advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates

• Source applicants, screen resumes, interview candidates and provide a short list to Hiring Managers.

• Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders; working closely with appropriate parties to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and sign off.

• Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through proactive offer management process providing sound rationale for offer terms required including complex offers.

• Initiate and participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.

• Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.

• Research and provide insight on competitors and peer

• Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that "best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Major Global Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 10 years as a Professional/ Executive Recruiter specializing in Technical Recruiting

• Ability to manage high volume of requisitions

• Financial Services knowledge is highly desirable

• Familiarity with both search and direct hiring

• Extensive experience with advanced sourcing techniques

• Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive level clients.

• Familiarity with local employment laws

• Strong negotiation skills and consultative skills.

• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
