Description:

This position will support the day to day deliverables of the HR Generalist function including project work, employee relations, performance management and HR generalist operations. Advanced Excel a plus as well as experience with Workday or similar system. HR case management experience is also a plus. This temporary position requires at least 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience focusing in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation, organizational design and execution of the HR human capital strategy. Excellent time management, communication and relationship building skills are essential.
