Major Global Bank Learning works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. The Program Senior Analyst is responsible for the design and delivery of two strategic initiatives designed to support non-traditional finance candidates pursue a career in financial services. This Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for leading the design and deployment of two strategic projects: The Partner Training Program for Financial Institutions that qualify as minority-owned business enterprises and the Strategic Training for Experienced Professionals (STEP) Program for Major Global Bank's Global Markets business. This role works closely with the Early Career Learning & Development Program Team as well as the Program Managers, HR Advisors and the Diversity Advocate for Global Markets. Key responsibilities include:

Markets Strategic Training for Experienced Professionals and Partner Programs:

• Design and implement an end-to-end learner lifecycle delivered through a modern learning and development strategy including Day 1 Readiness and continuous learning for STEP Participants. Training includes technical skills, professional skills, and hands on learning experiences.

• Design and implement an end-to-end learner lifecycle delivered through a modern learning and development strategy to create a pilot learning experience for the early career employees of minority-owned financial services firms as part of Major Global Bank's strategic Action for Racial Equity investment.

• Responsible for managing all pre, during and post-program components including pre-work, internal and vendor-led learning experiences, ongoing training plan and the assessment of the program.

• Liaise with Program Manager and HR Advisors on all participant identification, tracking and communication, and programmatic changes.

• Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of program budgets and processing forecasts, accruals chargebacks in partnership with regional and O&T HR and Finance partners

• Owns and maintains all training program data

• Develop and manage training program communications for participants and internal stakeholders, including drafting communications and creating timelines

• Manage and collaborate with external consultants on all relevant aspects of the programs

• Partner with senior Early Career and BCMA L&D colleagues on program design

• Continuously engage with key stakeholders across Major Global Bank businesses and functions to identify the key skills and competencies needed.

• Assist broader team with reporting and assignments





Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

•Undergraduate degree required; Master's Degree in Business, Learning and Development preferred, Organizational Development, Human Resources, a plus

•Financial institutions, specifically organizational knowledge and experience preferred
