Wire Processor



The specialist in NAM Agency and Trust Operations department is responsible for assisting on day-to-day operational processing and initiatives related to cash management. The overall objective is to ensure transactions are completed with accuracy and on time, while helping various internal roles related to cash management.



Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure transactions processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls

• Resolve inquiries, assist in the investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of all required issues as directed

• Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services activities

• Cross-train for various internal roles within the department, and provide back-up coverage for those roles as needed

• Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Major Global Bankigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• Prepare MIS and analysis as requested.

• Support NAM Agency & Trust Operational activities end-to-end, including the process of coordinating with other internal teams

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Preferrable cash and trade operations experience & knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry

• Attention to detail

• Ability to produce high quality work under rigid time constraints.

• Excellent client relationship skills, as will be having daily interaction

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
