Libor Initiative – Documentation analyst / Business support & Coordination (CPB)
Working as part of the Major Global Bank LIBOR Transition Initiative, the role would entail supporting relevant businesses, coordinating document remediation for Libor program.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Investment Finance Specialist/Underwriters on credit facilities in scope for Libor remediation
• Perform executed document review for Libor remediation language
• Manage a high volume of credit facilities in scope for Libor remediation
• Manage the executed documents and ensure all documents are sent to Ops, Tech and document management unit on a timely manner
• Maintain and report on progress against overall plan
• Coordinate between legal, business and technology stakeholders to prepare for timely remediation of Libor contracts
• Management of related technology & operations impact
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a global banking environment
- Experience in coordinating and / or delivering large scale transformation programs
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Displays flexibility and independence in a demanding environment
- Team Player
- Financial markets product knowledge
- Understanding of LIBOR and its implications within the industry (desirable)
