Sr Java Developer



The Applications Development Technology Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. The overall objective of this role is to participate in all aspects of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and project coordination with other team members and end users



Responsibilities:

Partner with multiple tech teams to ensure development and appropriate functional integration to meet the goals of new products and process improvements

Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint

Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards

Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation

Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions



Qualifications:

5 years experience with Java / Spring / Spark / Unix / Oracle

Strong systems analysis, design and architecture fundamentals, Unit Testing and other SDLC activities

Experience with cloud computing / K8 a plus

Strong communication skills, should be able to communicate effectively with business, technology, and other stakeholders

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
