Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.

Job Description: Policy metrics reporting and application management: Supporting substantially expanded policy metrics identification, validation, reporting and operational support for the policy platform

Policy Reporting

SoR policy-related data aggregation, reporting, validation and analysis

SoR reporting by jurisdiction/business/legal entity reporting and related activities

Expanded monthly CPC reporting for policy rationalization, breaches, exceptions, issues, including manual data validation and analytics

Application Management

Conduct periodic system entitlement reviews

Support issue management for the policy tool


Bachelor's degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus.

Skills Required:

Strong Microsoft office skills, especially excel (pivots, vlookups, basic); experience working with complicated data;

• Drafting skills

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to independently plan, execute, follow-up

• Information management skills
