Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.



Overview:

Process integration analyst must be able to analyze key processes and functions, identify opportunities for integration and optimization, and liaison with business owners and technology partners to develop and enable systemic and efficient solutions.



Responsibilities:

Analyze existing processes and operating models through the efficiency lens.

Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Define functional requirements and conduct design reviews.

Define and deploy metrics for measuring process improvement.

Institute feedback models to enable continuous process improvement.

Conduct research and publish artifacts to drive simplification.

Review / Author operational procedures.

Distill information provided by subject matter experts and other partners into executive-level narratives.

Establish foundational and execution work streams for process improvement and automation initiatives.

Partner with Domain and Technical architecture teams to drive efficiencies.



To be effective in this role, candidate should possess the following:



5-8 years of Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or relevant experience.

Experience in all the phases of a software development lifecycle project including requirements gathering, analysis, design and implementation through agile and/or waterfall and/or hybrid methodologies.
