Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.


The Business Analysis Senior Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. This role is for a talented Project Manager/Business Analyst professional in Technology with a balance of technical and business acumen to collaborate with business and guide development to conceptualize, design and deliver innovative, game-changing technology solutions for the Cross Products Technology (CPT) within a major global bank's Institutional Clients Group (ICG) organization. The individual will interact with various technology, product and business teams across a major global bank.


Requirements & Business Prioritization :

• Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed.

• Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations and contribute to formulation of standards and strategies for own area and other functional areas.

• Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas.

• Work as a team to achieve objectives and negotiate with internal and external parties.

• Partner with the business and partner systems to understand strategies and identify underlying business needs, and with development, to propose and design technology solutions, transform them into clear business and design requirements, and collaborate with development to realize successful implementation.

• Business process design, improvement, primary and secondary research gathering and mapping customer journeys.

• Produce detailed use cases in Jira to guide the design and development of applications.

• Detail the technicalities of a project and create documentation and diagrams to represent this; Collaborate with technical and solution architects to define solutions.

• Negotiate and establish priorities with business and development managers.

• Engage and interact with internal & external clients during feedback sessions.

• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
