Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.



The role is:

• Facilitating job specific curriculum to newly hired employees.

o Roles of new hires are bank related including but not limited to Fraud, Customer Service and Collections

• Coaching and developing new hire employees and identifying performance gaps



Skill Set

• • Strong virtual training facilitation skills

o Learn and be able to deliver virtually and in person Major Global Bank’s PBWM Learning functional new hire training to an audience of up to 20 learners.

• Strong technical skills; will be expected to learn our functional systems and train new hires and incumbents on those systems

• Proficient use of Adobe Connect; including breakout groups, chat, line pairing

o Successfully utilize Adobe Connect to deliver in a virtual model

• Troubleshooting skills, including learner issues with adobe connect and other technological issues

• Strong communication skills

o Collaborate with support staff and managers, when performance gaps are identified with learners to improve learner performance.

• Coaching skills; ability to identify a performance gap and then coach to improve the behavior.

o Coach the learners towards the already identified success measure for the individual classes.

• Flexibility in hours worked, our classes run in all NAM time zones and would need to be able to accommodate hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm

• Ability to travel as needed for onboarding and/or facilitate training

• Reliable internet and computer equipment
