Description:
The Global Risk and Control NEM's is responsible of providing support of specific tasks associated with the record management physical records (global corrective action plan) in where the NEM's are going to play a key role with the execution of the milestones associated with the CAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Risk NEMs responsibilities include:
Attending to the Regional RMO Kick off to review requirements and objectives of the assessment
Assist to the RMO on specific tasks to ensure the achievement of the objectives
Understanding of law and regulations
Collect, authenticate, and appraise historical documents and archival materials as assessment requirements
Understanding of financial teams involved on the assessment
Ability to distinguish physical records from financial institutions versus other Client functions
Ensure to work in accordance with the project plan established
Communication skills to raise a concern or questions when executing assessment
Provide weekly updates to the RMO and ability to track her/his own work to provide regular status
Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience.
Financial services or technology experience 1-3 years
Proficiency in Excel / office products including working knowledge of formulas, links, and pivot tables.
Fluent in English is required
