Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.


Salesforce Business Administrator: seeking 2 dynamic & motivated candidates to help manage our global Salesforce platform rollout, work with users to understand how to best address their needs and help build a best-in-class productivity tool for our sales and service teams. This role will be part of the Global Project team.

The Salesforce Business Admin will play an integral role in supporting a variety of front-office groups within Major Global Bank Alongside the rest of the team, they will be responsible for user support and troubleshooting, and assisting with the configuration, customization, maintenance, and day to day operations of the platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and providing training to Salesforce users as required, to help expand knowledge and skills across the organization.

• Basic administrative functions including user accounts, report and dashboard development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows and approval processes.

• Working with internal stakeholders to create and execute configurations that support business priorities and initiatives.

• Collecting and documenting requirements for system enhancements

• Developing cross functional process improvements using Salesforce.

• Performing regular internal system audits and preparing for upgrades.

• Monitoring and ensuring data quality and integrity. Performing data uploads and data maintenance.


• 5 years experience in financial services / private banking / management consulting / fintech

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or better

• Strong organizational skills and be confident in dealing with Senior Management

• Able to work alone or as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and flexible attitude towards day-to-day tasks are also critical.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Proven analytical, critical thinking, and conceptual skills. Financial acumen is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks with efficiency through prioritization of duties.

• Knowledge of APEX, SOQL Triggers and Visual Force Page development a plus.

• MS Excel and PowerPoint: Successful track record of using Excel and PowerPoint to consolidate information into concise and actionable reporting, presentations, and stories.

• Experience using JIRA for tracking defects and user stories

• Ability to work in a flexibly high tempo and dynamic environment alongside global stakeholders and partners.

• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics
