Description:
The Financial Solutions Group Manager will be a key enabler in determining the target state reporting governance framework.
Responsibilities:
Design common framework, attestation, aggregation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for policy compliance monitoring and reporting to local and global governance committees
Manage and support the governance committees (US and global) established to provide oversight of regulatory and management reporting activities
Assist in the development of policy implementation guidelines and compliance checklists where needed
Monitor compliance with the reporting governance heightened standards across geographies, functions, and lines of business and drive quarterly stakeholder attestations based on policy requirements and Client 239 principles
Centralize and own the KPI and metrics related to minimum control standards for reporting to local and global governance committees
Collaborate with reporting governance committee members and global function teams to understand, escalate and address key themes driving regulatory and management reporting deficiencies including putting in place a process to monitor issues and corrective action plans across all functions and lines of business
Create periodic stakeholder attestation processes of locally owned regulatory and management reports in compliance with policy requirements
Manage and interact with cross functional teams including the Chief Data Office, Global Functions Technology and other key stakeholders
Qualifications:
10 years of experience working in the finance industry, experience in Finance, Reporting, or Governance is a plus.
Designing and implementing appropriate policies, standards and procedures covering reporting activities, including experience writing global policies and associated governance models.
