Client's Chief Operating Office is comprised of the Resource Management Organization, Enterprise Resiliency, Global Program Management Office, Chief Information Officer Council Governance, Enterprise Tools & Reporting, and the Chiefs of Staff teams. The Chief Operations Office organization develops and executes Enterprise Operations & Technology strategic and operational plans, as well as provides central coordination of all business office functions.



The Resource Management Organization designs and executes supplier and resource strategies that optimize Client's purchasing leverage and labor globally, while creating sustainable practices in the communities where Client conducts business. We partner to provide strategic sourcing, supplier optimization, and procure-to-pay (P2P) services with diverse suppliers and sustainable practices. We also manage supplier risk, enhance governance of supplier performance and productivity, and optimize Client's site resource strategy through standard practices.
