Description:
This role is part of the Human Resources Shared Services team with a focus on Payroll Strategy. The Program Lead/Project Lead will lead a group of projects which are part of a larger strategy interfacing with numerous stakeholders. They will focus on coordinating multiple team efforts, streamlining and efficiency, technology advancement and process improvement across payroll services
Key focus areas are:
• Organizing daily actives based on key objectives
• Monitoring projects and oversee that goals and timelines are met
• Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects move forward smoothly
• Coordinate efforts for process/supplier mapping
• Contract coordination
• Supplier integration coordination
• KPI dashboards
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Align requirements with stakeholders and keep the project scope on track
• Coordinate rollout Schedules and flag status, variances, tasks not updated, and potential integration impacts
• Highlight Risks for timing, status of corrective action plans, potential integration impacts with corrective actions plans
• Coordinate Changes for scheduled implementations
• Ensure there are good Meeting Minutes for what transpired and who has the action to do what by what date.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
• 3 years of experience in project management.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
