Description:
Role Title: Accountability Framework Process Lead
This person will be responsible for the execution of the monthly Acct Framework and weekly Open Investigation Release process. This includes the following:
Acct Framework:
- Maintenance of overall annual tracking file of all in and out of scope cases for the Acct Framework
- Send monthly scope files to HR teams for review, and collect scope determinations and consolidate into master fill
- Manage emails to and from HR teams to confirm questions or clarifications around specific cases
- Send files to Compensation teams on a regular basis to confirm comp impacts where required
- Attend weekly meetings with corporate Acct Framework team to stay up to date on any process updates or changes
- Consolidate cases into deck for proper approvals (as needed) from SHROs
- Answer questions from HRAs, SHROs, HR AF team, or control functions on specific cases or provide ad hoc summaries as needed
Open Investigations:
- Maintenance of central Open Investigation file to track which cases are still under investigation, and which are scheduled for release
- Collect regular updates from HR AF team on updated investigation statuses, and translate updates to central file tracking file
- Confirm if closed cases have received discipline, and translate updates to central tracking file
- Coordinate directly with HR team and investigative unit leads on any cases or data that requires reconciliation
- Send investigation updates to HR teams on a weekly basis
- Answer questions from HRAs, SHROs, HR AF team, or control functions on specific cases or provide ad hoc summaries as needed
