Description:
Role: Early Career Learning Project Manager
• Project manage L&D projects so they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress of deliverables
• Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
• Present training schedules by business using standard formats
• Present calendars and submit to team for approval on dates
• Coordinate and schedule with vendors
• Edit schedules as changes arise
• Create and manage all financial documentation for Early Career Learning work, including budget files, budget slices by business and payment trackers
• Maintain relationships with all finance representatives by business
• Assist in learning design work where needed, including booking speakers and designing elements of training.
• Assist with the gamification process for the Early Career programs, which includes assigning point values and levels to activities and ensuring rewards are distributed
• Other miscellaneous responsibilities
Skills:
• Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Merging Spreadsheets, Sorting, Adding Filters, Custom Sort)
• Advanced Word Skills (Mail Merges, etc.)
• Project/program management background
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Time management & prioritization
• Problem solving
• Ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively across teams
• Adaptability to changing circumstances
