Description:

In the Global Mobility & Immigration Team, you will provide project support for a wide range of change initiatives. The first major project you will work on is to support the implementation of Global Immigration processes into 15 countries, working with various HR Stakeholders across the globe.



Primary responsibilities will be to support Mobility & Immigration projects, process maintenance, continuous improvement for both Workday system processes and non system processes. This includes documenting requirements, coordinating meetings & workshops with Global Stakeholders, tracking risks & issues with appropriate escalation, managing a high volume of business and process analysis.



Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and monitor project plans

• Manage Stakeholders and organize and participate in stakeholder meetings/Workshops

• Liaise with vendor to collect data and information as required

• Create clear presentation materials for stakeholders

• Create process documentation/process workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance

• Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation and produce end to end process maps and use cases to support requirements

• Analyze project data and produce insights

• Log issues, triage pain points and trends which may lead to a required process change, produce dashboard on issues and trends

• Keep all process documentation up to date including Workday Process Maps, End to End process maps, Standard Operating Procedures and Workday guides

• Assist Global Process Lead/Global Process Owner with any training sessions by arranging sessions and producing materials

• Ensure process and procedure content on Major Global Bank for You is current by conducting quarterly reviews
