Role: PM The Program Manager is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and organization skills are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Analyst, Functional Requirements, Project management
• Understand current business process and procedures- functional design inputs for the proposed technology solution
• Manage our inboxes and direct the emails to the appropriate team member
• Engage successfully with external vendors (Intralinks and Fenske) software developers and testers to ensure quality delivery
• Work in close coordination with the Program Manager lead on planning, strategy, managing risks and issues, project reporting, managing stakeholders, and building strong relationships with the business
• Assist in project execution with Program Manager, providing tracking to technical teams and status updates to internal and business stakeholders
• Drives process improvement opportunities that enhance the efficiency of our portals while also increasing the informative value of the content provided to senior management
• Leverages technical expertise to execute reporting analysis for management
• Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met
• Assist Inclusive Finance team in special projects and Senior Leadership asks
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, as well as Adobe Professional
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Able to prioritize conflicting tasks, identifying what is essential and focusing on such
EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years' experience in finance and/or program management
• Banking experience a plus
