Role: Immigration HR Specialist

Duration: 1 yr

Core Duties:

- Create, update and maintain documents and workflow processes.

- Coordinate business approval for permanent residency requests with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain and organize non immigration visa (NIV )sponsorship records.

- Track and calendar NIV and PERM activity.

- Assist with documenting department standard operation procedures and workflow diagrams/process mapping.

- Prepare reports: gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.

- Assist with preparation and research for presentations and developing knowledge library.


- Ability to multi task and prioritize workload at all times

- Highly organized

- Thorough attention to detail

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint, Docusign, SharePoint, Visio

- Beginner Tableau experience

- 1-2 years business immigration experience (specifically H-1B and L-1)

- 1-2 years business analyst or similar position
