Job Title – Digital Acquisition Analyst
Minimum Experience – 8+ Years
Skills Required –
8+ Years of Adobe Site Catalyst or other industry-leading analytics tools and familiarity with web data, traffic from a site tagging and data collection perspective
Understanding of Mobile App and web /Media/Marketing data sources and metrics preferred
Expertise in analyzing large volume of data through various data mining tools in the Big data platform.
Proficiency in SAS SQL / R / Python required
Advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
1. Perform data mining and deep dive analysis into specific KPIs to understand Mobile App and Web funnel conversion using Adobe Site Catalyst, Glass Box and Clickstream data.
2. Analyze customer journey, pain points and opportunities in Mobile App and Web
3. Develop and execute Personalization strategy both in Web & Mobile App and enhance customer experience, level of engagement as well as retention rates.
4. Measure the impact of personalization and work on optimization.
