Client Experience Strategy and Transformation Developer- Work with Client Experience Engineering to execute client experience transformation strategies, including deployment and integration of the case management system for service delivery management including integration of an e-mail listener service, building a client/user request portal and integration of the Cisco IP Contact Center client call workflow into the case management system. Integration of RightAnswers knowledge management into case management system. Build a new on-boarding application for client on-boarding. Develop queries and jobs to pull client report data and make this available via an API.

Liaise between the Sales team, Product Development, and Engineers by successfully blending technical and business knowledge skills

Experience using a modern programming language (preferably Java/Scala
B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
Team oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, self-directed and self-motivated
Seek out work and be pro-active in every aspect of this role
Bring an eagerness to be familiar with Client' client base and seek out opportunities to better serve those clients
