Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work closely with process owners, product SMEs, and Data Steward's, facilitating process of data quality improvements and remediation efforts
• Analyze data to identifying data quality issues and correlating those issues with the appropriate remediation path
• Partner with technology stakeholders and enterprise-wide business partners to conduct data diagnostic efforts, investigate root cause of findings, and present recommended options for solution(s) and remediation
• Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to report on progress and impact of data quality remediation efforts
• Facilitate or contribute to status meetings (recurring and ad-hoc) with required stakeholder communities (including senior management) by preparing materials and updates, summarizing issues and risks, defining agreed action items and next steps

• Ability to problem resolve by being detail oriented.
• Advanced MS Access/T-SQL experienced with ability to read VBA and update queries
• Database management, development, and remediation skills required
• Talend and Power BI development experience highly preferred
• Broad experience of Finance or Operational/Technology function within Banking organizations.
• Outstanding analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills with ability to break challenges into component parts is critically important
• Demonstrated experience of working with financial products life cycles and associated data needs
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including ability to present to senior management
• Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately
• Experience in data governance programs with knowledge of data governance principles and practices
• Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening and interviewing
• Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating
