Job Purpose:

To provide support to the ICG Global Bank Network Management team who is responsible for maintaining Major Global Bank's bank account inventory and golden source data within the central repository for Major Global Bank owned bank accounts, ABACUS.

The role involves analysis of large disparate data, communication across various levels and geographies of the organization, working with senior leadership to define, implement and process sustainable controls.
Job Background/context:

ICG Global Bank Network Management is part of the O&T Division. BNM manages key relationships with the global agent bank and custody service providers, Finance, Regulatory, Legal & Compliance, Global Operations, Global Treasury, ICG Product teams, etc.
Global Network Management houses all Major Global Bank owned and operated bank accounts within the central bank account repository, ABACUS. The Data Integrity team is responsible for maintining the completeness and accuracy of the Client bank account inventory.

Additional aspects of this role:

• Troubleshoot, track, and investigate data related issues. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple disparate sources, reconcile conflicts and construct high-level information details/metrics.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize senior-level meetings prepare and give effective presentations and ability to have detailed communication with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision.
Person Specification

Essential Experience:
• Three to five years experience in the international financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Microstrategy
• Experience working on large scale complex projects
• Proven working knowledge of the following:
o Excel
o PowerPoint
o Microsoft Access preferred

Preferred Experience:
• Proven working knowledge of VBA and SharePoint
• Project Management experience Skills:

• Excel (IE Pivot Tables, Data Structure, and Formulas, Reports, VBA).
• Access (Database development, maintenance, SQL, reports)
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to create comprehensive decks
• Project Management
• Strong communication
• The ideal candidate must have a BA/BS in Finance or Computer Science.
• Three to five years experience in the international financial services industry
• Proven working knowledge of the following:
o Microsoft Access Development and Maintenance
o Excel
o PowerPoint
o Visio
