Review specific complaints for a line of business with the purpose of identifying potential risks/opportunities. In order to execute the monthly monitoring, they would need to quickly come up to speed on using the complaint management tool, NICE call recording system, the line of business' procedures in the Knowledge Hub or Source, and the line of business system of record for reviewing account notes and actions taken when applicable.
