Cash Management Product Manager

This position is part of the Banking Products Team. Specifically, the candidate will be part of the Personal and Small Business Banking Product Team accountable for strategic implementation of new and management of existing Cash Management services offered to our Small Business Customers. This position will report to the Small Business Sr. Product Manager.

- Oversee product management for existing cash management services offered to Small Business customers up to $10 Million in Sales Size
- Manage existing and implement new cash management services, informed by an understanding of segment needs
- Assess competitive landscape, industry trends and market demand as it relates to cash management, including driving research needs.
- Particular emphasis on development of a detailed understanding of how the various services function and working with the project team to implement within a new product processor.
- Introduce new, enhance existing, streamline or eliminate cash management offerings as appropriate.
- Ensure customer-facing sales materials and banker sales aids are optimized to drive revenue growth and achieve the highest standards of accuracy and clarity.
- Partner with the 'Small Business Segment Office' team to manage and develop sales tools processes to help the on-the-ground sales team drive acquisition and cross-sell
- Partner with Marketing and Decision Management (business analytics team) to develop Small Business promotional offers and direct sales campaigns, leveraging consumer campaign periods/themes as appropriate.
- Drive cash management pricing strategy and related internal and external communication
- Partner with Training and the Small Business Segment Office to prepare/present information to support ongoing banker education / product knowledge.
- Ongoing collaboration with Product Management colleagues in Major Investment Commercial Bank, a division which serves the needs of Business Customers with Sales Size $10 Million - $100 Million
- Drive the technology requirements for new and existing product enhancements, including appropriate test planning
- Lead teams cross functionally including Sales and Marketing, Client Experience, Branch and Call Center operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance to ensure timely delivery of product management projects
- Ensure strict adherence with product policies and guidelines to ensure all legal, compliance and audit standards are met
- As required, lead projects in response to regulatory requirements/changes, enhancements to risk management policies or process, etc.
- Prepare business reviews to highlight results and recommendations to senior management
- 6+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred and potentially a Master's degree
