The role will support the Capital Planning (CP) Governance Team, which ensures all activities of the Capital Planning team adhere to established governance procedures, deliverables are progressing in line with established due dates, and control processes are continually enhanced. To enhance the process in Capital Planning and meet Client commitment, we are looking for an individual with the following skill sets to support current process enhancement work and other strategic initiatives.

SUPPORT Capital Planning Governance Process Enhancement:
• Work with team lead to further automate and enhance current weekly metrics reporting process
• Develop robust documentation to support newly enhanced process
• Build additional controls into process to mitigate manual components

SUPPORT Capital Planning Governance Strategic Initiatives
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and deep dives into existing data populations
• Drive process to prepare for additional reporting necessary for Consent Order reporting

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Data Management and/or Process Improvement
• Consulting or Project Management background a plus
• Strong Analytical skills and presentation skills
• Knowledge of banking environment is needed
• Confident and concise verbal communications skills, including the ability to influence senior management
• Experience working on complex projects, with variable stakeholders and within tight deadlines

Skills:
• Advanced MS office knowledge including Excel, Word and Power Point
• Advanced knowledge of Access, KNIME and Power BI is an advantage
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills; both quantitative and qualitative
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask with capacity to organize and prioritize workload within a complex environment with competing and subtle resource demands
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Unwavering commitment to co-operative and collaborative working
• Strong ability to coordinate and facilitate work projects both on the ground and with remote units
• Strong Stakeholder and Senior management engagement skills
• Leadership skills and ability to take ownership of deliverables
