Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.


The role of the Operations Analyst will be to assist in the Program Governance of Continuity of Business that is outlined by policy and regulatory requirements associated with Third Party relationships. The candidate will also be responsible for performing analysis of capabilities for key suppliers, tracking and reporting against gaps and developing and implementing a BAU process for ongoing maintenance of these activities.

The candidate will establish the following under the direction of the Head of Global Governance Oversight -Third Party Management:

The role of the Operations Third Party Analyst will:

- Manage task activities related to the Third Party program for all Global Products/Functions for aligned Supplier Relationships
- Support various metrics, with strong attention to detail and presentment
- Follow up internally (with Business and supporting teams) on program initiatives to ensure critical timelines are met and activities are progressing
- Participate in the development/improvements of methodology and tools
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and procedures
- Participate on special projects as assigned


- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and/or Supplier Risk Management with a strong understanding of Technology Risk Management practices
- Relevant experience at Major Global Bank's industry peers is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid influencing, facilitation and partnering skills
- Ability to manage expectations and maintain key relationships
- Self-starter, ability to work independently without being micromanaged, think outside the box
- Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, have strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; demonstration influencing and negotiation skills; ability to prepare and present process related information for review with senior technology managers
- Strong communication and interaction skill set. Must be able to establish relationships and influence others; ability to work with different levels of management
