Top Tier investment bank is seeking an Business Analyst - Stress Testing
At least 8 years of experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management, either Technology of Business.
Hands on experience with gathering and documenting requirements and delivering functionality.

Solid understanding of regulatory environment with emphasis on stress testing.
Strong technical skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from multiple business programs and translate those to programmers and developers.
Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple change programs.
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
Coordinate and link the Global Markets IT Risk Management Systems within the Risk IT organization to standardize approaches to solutions and align to strategic goals.

In depth knowledge of market risk and counterparts credit risk topics.
In depth understanding of Banking regulatory environment.
Technical background, preferably engineering.
Excellent understanding of IT systems end to end and the ability to speak to the architecture at length.
High level product knowledge: fixed income and equity derivatives, SFTs - repos and SLB, cleared and exchange traded derivatives.

Outstanding relationship management, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Good working knowledge of process and software design techniques. Strong understanding of SDLC and product management concepts.
Moderate coding skills: Java, Python, SQL; JIRA, ALM, and MS Office a must.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer engineering or related field required. Master's or other related advanced degree preferred.
8 years experience required.
