Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
We need a well-rounded Business Analyst with proven success in project management, process improvement, presentations, reporting and documentation with a minimum of 7 years process improvement/analyst experience. Contract experience would be a plus.
Major Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Responsible for maintaining and updating monthly BAU reporting to clients, management, and SSRE team
-Develop new reports to fill ad-hoc requests coming to the Strategic Sourcing & Real Estate team from clients, management, and internal audit
-Analyze and build client and internal MOR presentations based on the developed reports
-Conduct monthly financial reviews with clients; present the financials and respond/follow-up on client questions and inquiries as necessary
-Analyze and document supplier management process, leveraging the appropriate process documents such as process map, flow charts, process procedures, etc.
-Detail-oriented self-starter with interest in data analysis and data manipulation skills
-Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures
-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and specifically highly-proficient in MS Excel, with complete understanding of v-lookup/index, pivot tables and charts ***Skills assessment required before phone interview ***
-Ability to write technical documentation and end-user instructions in English
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrates proactive approach in developing solutions to problems
-Strong analytical, organizational skills and logical reasoning
-Ability to learn quickly about a new business process
-Ability to question status quo and identify opportunities to re-engineer/streamline processes
-Ability to research, document and measure process performance
-Ability to identify process defects, causes for variation and recommend improvements
-Experience creating process flow documentation including process procedures, flow charts, process maps, swim lanes, etc.
-Experience working with contracts, Kanban or JIRA would be a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management
